Who is it for?

PRShots PAYG is designed for;

i) Start-up businesses wanting to get a start.
ii) Smaller businesses with limited budgets.
iii) Businesses who want to create a one-off campaign to promote a new product. 

With PAYG we’ve created a new upfront payment solution starting at just £50 a month on a flexible monthly contract that lets you start and stop whenever you need to.

PAYG offers nearly all of the main advantages of PRShots;

• you get your images to a worldwide audience of media and influencers,
• you get to see when someone has looked at your images, pinned the images and downloaded your images,
• you get your own dedicated press centre and the ability to help the media 24/7/365

PAYG options

There are two main pricing plans for PAYG; Standard PAYG which applies to all fashion and multi-category retailers/brands. And Promotional PAYG pricing that applies to Beauty/Furniture/Food&Drink/Gifts/lingerie retailers only. 

With PAYG the basic option includes up to 30 images, a press release live on PRShots and the ability to send out press packs of a release and images on an email to media.  You also get your own dedicated media centre on PRShots eg www.prshots.com/next that you can give to media to allow them to download your high-resolution images and releases 24/7/365. Additionally, you also get to see email alerts from media who are actively looking for images for features/articles, email alerts when someone downloads your images.

Signing up for PAYG

Signing up is simple. First make sure you have a good high-resolution version of your business logo and a large landscape campaign image (we use this as your main image on your media centre). Then just go to the brand register pages and fill in your company details and choose which PAYG version of PRShots suits you best. When that’s all completed you then can choose to either pay by a monthly Direct Debit or pay using a credit card/debit card.

Once you have paid, we’ll check your application - normally takes less than an hour - and you can start uploading your images/press releases and lookbooks.  When you’re happy with what you have, email us at support@prshots.com and we’ll set your media centre live for all the world to see.

Payments and payment terms

If you subscribe for Direct Debit payments we will take the payment directly from your bank account every month starting on the day you subscribed. Credit card payments are taken immediately and will then be taken on the same day every following month.      

PAYG FAQs

Can I join for just a month or a few months?

Yes, PAYG doesn’t tie you in. You can pay for a month, or two or three and then shutter the site at the end of the period. You can then restart at a later date. We will delete images and releases after three months but leave your logins and PRShots home page available, after a year of non-use we will remove everything, so don’t leave it too long.  

Is there a minimum image size?

Our media users are looking for high-resolution images so we need you to upload the biggest images you have. We have a minimum requirement for campaign/model shots that the image will be able to be used as a full-page – or larger- in a magazine. So, at a minimum, your campaign images should be at least 2481x3507 pixels in size.  Cut-outs can be smaller, but we prefer that they can be used at least a ¼ page. Can I change my PAYG option?

You can change your PAYG option at any time. Just let us know which option you would like to change to and we’ll move you.    

What support do I get?

Support for PAYG is by email only to support@prshots.com. We normally answer queries within the hour during working hours (8am-7pm Mon-Fri) and we’re happy to answer questions on the service if you’re not sure which PAYG option is right for you. Additionally, there are also a number of tutorial videos (you will need to be registered to access them) to help you find your way around PRShots.  

Can I have a trial of PAYG?

We don’t do trials for the PAYG options. If you want to see how PRShots works then all you need to do is sign up for a month.  

I’m outside of the UK/I’m not in the sector list

We welcome users from all retail sectors and all countries, so if you’re a brand from Australia or South Africa and you’re not a Fashion, Beauty, Furniture, Food&Drink, Gifts or lingerie retailer then we’ll be happy for you to join us. We have media and influencers from all over the world and with lots of different interests. But we do reserve the right to say no if we think a brand isn’t relevant or appropriate to PRShots users – we’ve been around 20 years and we’ve never said no yet, so don’t be afraid to ask.
